Moorthan

Half way between Silverwell and Huntsford is a remote outpost, Moorthan, used by travellers as a resting point on the journey. It houses a small garrison during the spring and summer months. These hardened mostly Dragonborn soldiers patrol the drove road protecting travellers. The garrison also supplies a change of ‘guard’ for the merchant caravans. Known as ‘Protectors’ they are much sought after for protection and guarding work. In the winter, when the drove road is impassable due to snow, these Dragonborn head south looking for adventure and renown. Occasionally two or three may find work in Rovanna protecting the borderlands from the rare raiders from the North.
